Tips on traveling to NOLA may be found here.

Accommodations:  There are countless great hotels in New Orleans, as well as a robust options for apartment rentals on sites like Airbnb and VRBO.   Every neighborhood in NOLA has its own atmosphere, but here are our picks for areas to consider when making your search:

The Arts/Warehouse District is a great jumping off point close to art galleries and a short walk from the French Quarater.

The Garden District is home to grand old homes, giant live oak trees, an evocative atmosphere and the fabled St. Charles streetcar line.  A favorite spot is the Victorian Lounge at The Columns Hotel.

The Faubourg Marigny is an artsy, historic, charming neighborhood near the river and the French Quarter, home to great food, drink and music.

Wherever you stay, we suggest avoiding accommodation in the French Quarter, as it's often more expensive coupled with non-stop noise and revelry.  With that in mind, here are a few hotels to consider that are P4 partners, which are centrally located but likewise away from activity of the French Quarter:

The Ace Hotel

The Hyatt Regency New Orleans - there are a limited number of rooms available at a special rate of $159/nightClick here to book!

Hyatt House New Orleans/Downtown

Transportation: Those attending the VIP Preview  with a group can work with P.4 to organize a bus or shuttle rental to explore the various venues.  If you are not coming with a group, however, we highly recommend you rent a car at the airport.

Likewise, car services such as Lyft and Uber are very active, easy and affordable to use throughout New Orleans. Regular taxi service in NOLA is uneven (particularly outside of the French Quarter) and can be frustrating.

Bikes are also a great option to get around within the epicenter!  More info on biking in NOLA here.
